Pricing Disclaimer

Prices, products, and offers are subject to change without notice. If pricing errors occur due to human or technical issues or supplier mismatches, we may update pricing. The price at the time of purchase for a course will not be changed retroactively.

Usage of Personal Information

The Company may feature user pictures in promotional materials and may inform users about other training courses. Personal information is not shared with third-party marketing databases or disclosed to third parties except after verification or where required by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE, SERVICES, AND CONTENT AND COURSEWARE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ACCESS MAY BE INTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND RESULTS OR ACCURACY ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and persons involved in creating, producing, or distributing the Website, Services, or Content and Courseware shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for failures of performance, errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, viruses, or unauthorized access. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific training course.

Term and Termination

Access may be blocked immediately for misrepresentation, default, misconduct, or breach. Upon such event, the Company may seek all remedies under this Agreement, law, or equity, including indemnification for losses or claims.

Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company, affiliates, contractors, licensors, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from unauthorized use, or violation of this Agreement.

Waiver

No failure or delay in exercising any right or remedy shall operate as a waiver. No term is waived nor breach consented to unless in a signed writing. Waiving rights in one instance does not waive others.

Severability

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the Agreement will be reformed to reflect the parties’ original intent as closely as possible.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For users not resident in the U.S.A., this Agreement is governed by Indian law with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bangalore, India. For access from the U.S.A., the applicable entity and dispute processes follow the Terms herein and any applicable U.S. laws.
